GamePoint is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their international support team in The Hague. This flexible part-time role, ideal for students, involves assisting players with questions via live chat, phone, email, and social networks. Must Have

Available: Challenging flexible (side) job
Are you looking for a challenging side job next to your studies in the Den Haag region? Would you like to gain work experience at one of the largest Social Game developers in the world?
We are looking for students who can strengthen our (International) Support Team for at least 12 hours a week! We work in shifts of 4 to 8 hours, and because you can work on weekdays in the morning, afternoon, or evening, it can be perfectly combined with your studies!
Within this team, as a Chat Operator, you are the point of contact for various player questions. You help players through in-app live chat support, via phone and email, but also on social networks.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- You actively participate in our public chat and keep it pleasant.
- You assist players with questions via various support channels in Dutch and English (more languages is an absolute plus!).
- You create bug reports based on player complaints.
- You escalate problems to the team leader and assist in resolving them.
- You assist with activities, both online and offline, and dare to appear on camera for livestreams with our players such as Q&A sessions and Live Bingo.
Education & work experience:
- You are pursuing a HBO, WO, or Master's degree.
- You have work experience in a customer-oriented environment.
Profile:
- Available for a minimum of 12 hours per week.
- Flexible during weekdays and weekends.
- A healthy passion for games.
- A strong sense of empathy and helpfulness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
