What You Will Do:
- You will act as a core contributor to the student’s success.
- Motivate the students to achieve their career goals.
- Solve technical doubts in 1 on 1 session with the students.
- Help students by providing them feedback on their course progress.
- Set weekly goals/tasks for the students.
Must-Have:
- Someone with 3+ years of solid game development experience in any tech stack (Unity, C#).
- Innovative problem-solving skills.
- Experience with either of these
- teaching at a coding boot camp,
- being a teaching assistant in college,
- creating educational content via YouTube,
- mentoring junior developers, volunteering to teach
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
Good To Have:
- Teaching or mentorship experience that showcases your ability to explain complex subjects effectively.
- Open to learn new ways of solving the doubts of the students and guide them.
Time Expectations:
- Someone who is ready to work with us for 4 to 6 hrs every week.
