We have an exciting opportunity to join our Workplace Experience team in Manila and are currently looking for a Workplace Experience Senior Specialist to join the team.
The Workplace Experience Senior Specialist will design, lead, and champion staff engagement initiatives for the Philippines team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Organise and execute large-scale events which may include, regional conferences and annual celebrations.
- Support the P&C Team with day 1 inductions, in-person training and engagements (e.g. Skillshares)
- Facilitate and coordinate initiatives such as logistics of merchandise, external stakeholder management, including being the first point of contact for the regional hubs and own, take charge of all office-related administrative and logistical matters for the regional hubs
- Lead brainstorming and idea generation with leaders, cultivating an inclusive and collaborative culture
- Act as the main point of contact for PH Workplace Experience, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders while collaborating with the global WX team to align strategies
- Develop and manage the annual budget for PH Workplace Experience and facilitate the processing of Workplace Experience related payments, collaborating closely with the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Support team offsite meetings, external room/venue hire, catering, logistics and ensure workplace safety measures are established and implemented in accordance to global and regional standards
- Perform other deliverables and outcomes as directed by the COMPANY from time to time
What you will bring to the role:
- At least five years of demonstrated experience in designing and managing staff engagement, including organising large-scale events.
- Proficient in stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning.
- Capable of understanding company culture and aligning initiatives with business requirements.
- Skilled in maintaining collaborative relationships internally and externally.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adept at adjusting to shifting priorities.
