This senior-level User Acquisition Manager role focuses on mobile app campaigns. Must have:
  • Manage Facebook Ads and Tiktok campaigns for mobile apps
  • Report and analyze advertising campaigns, project, and audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM, and other tools
  • Scale channels without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics
  • Test new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives
  • Expert in Facebook and Tiktok with at least 2 years of experience
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with apps and web2app
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • English B2+ proficiency
  • Managing budgets from $100k+/monthly
Good to have:
  • Meta and Tiktok certificates
  • Knowledge of CPA networks (Adikteev, Mintegral, Remerge, AppLovin, Unity, IronSource, etc.)
  • Experience with multi-national projects
  • Experience in performance projects: e-commerce, fintech, gaming, etc
  • Campaign optimization by CPA, ROI

Your main tasks will be:

  • Facebook Ads and Tiktok campaigns for our mobile apps
  • Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM and other tools

We expect from you:

  • Facebook and Tiktok expert, at least 2 years of experience. Meta and Tiktok certificates will be an additional advantage
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with apps and web2app
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • English is B2+ (native Russian speaker
  • Knowledge of CPA networks (Adikteev, Mintegral, Remerge, AppLovin, Unity, IronSource, etc.) will be a plus.
  • Experience with multi-national projects

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
  • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
