Job Summary

The Process Diagnostics and Control (PDC) unit in Rehovot develops cutting-edge, deep learning and computer vision-based metrology products. This full-time, on-site UX designer role involves optimizing user experiences for deep tech platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user research to enhance usability for complex operational workflows.
Must Have
- At least 5-7 years of experience in UX design roles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in troubleshooting complex systems
- Experience in technical support and a deep understanding of user challenges
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of information technology systems and design principles
- Ability to work on-site in Rehovot and within fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Proficiency in user experience design tools, wireframing, and prototyping methodologies
- Experience working on complex systems, particularly in technical or engineering domains

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rehovot. The UX designer for complex systems will be responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences for our deep tech platforms. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding product requirements, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user research to improve usability and overall user satisfaction. You will ensure the design supports complex operational workflows, enabling seamless use of our advanced solutions.
