Job Summary
We are seeking a curious and fast-moving UX Researcher to shape the future of Lovable. This role involves uncovering user insights, designing studies, testing concepts, and experimenting with AI-assisted research methods to inform product direction. You will collaborate with product, design, growth, and data teams to define learning goals, conduct user sessions, interpret behavioral data, and contribute to scalable research practices.
Must Have
- 3–6 years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, or a related role.
- Proficiency in qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing, concept testing).
- Strong synthesis skills, distilling findings into insights that influence design and product decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to bring research to life for cross-functional teams.
- Partner with product, design, growth and data teams to define learning goals for upcoming features and experiments.
- Conduct user sessions directly with Lovable users, gathering firsthand insights into behaviors, motivations, and unmet needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists to interpret behavioral data and validate qualitative findings.
- Contribute to building research frameworks, templates, and best practices for scalable discovery at Lovable.
Good to Have
- Experience with survey design, data analysis, and working with behavioral data (e.g., from analytics tools).

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a researcher who balances curiosity and rigor — someone who loves asking why, tests how, and measures what’s working. You’re as comfortable in a user interview as you are interpreting event data or survey results, and you know how to connect human stories with product metrics.
- 3–6 years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, or a related role.
- Proficiency in qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing, concept testing).
- Experience with survey design, data analysis, and working with behavioral data (e.g., from analytics tools) is a plus
- Strong synthesis skills, distilling findings into insights that influence design and product decisions.

- Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities.
- Experience working closely with designers, PMs, and data scientists.
