From formulating future HMI and interior strategies, we will develop HMI devices to be installed in the cockpit, considering both layout and design (styling), and work with internal parts design and design departments to achieve mass production.
It is a flat organization with members of a wide range of ages and many mid-career hires, where anyone, including young employees, can actively express their opinions. Our internal development members and affiliated companies are diverse globally, and we are united globally in development, regardless of nationality or gender.
We welcome individuals who are proactive, eager to take on new challenges, and can play an active role globally.
HMI devices and interior parts are very important components that customers see, touch, and operate for the longest time after purchasing a car. In addition to operability and visibility due to the function and layout of each HMI device, various performances such as appearance, tactile feel, storage, safety performance, and social environment compatibility must be considered. For this reason, the sense of accomplishment when hearing compliments from customers is very great.
To achieve this, we will work with many stakeholders, including designers, planning departments, related design departments, production departments, and suppliers, from strategy formulation to mass production. Strategy formulation also requires collaboration with overseas bases, so there will be opportunities to work overseas. We would like to invite those with the ambition to lead Nissan's future HMI interior planning to apply.
Engineer/Expert Leader who summarizes HMI interior strategy and planning.
We are looking for individuals who can work globally, as the scope of work and processes are diverse and require collaboration with overseas bases.
