Job Description

We are looking for an experienced VFX Producer to join our dynamic Seoul studio! In this role, In this role, you will develop and manage schedules for assigned projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. You over day-to-day show operations and facilitate transparent communication between clients and our internal production teams to ensure the realization of artistic visions and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the initial high-level schedule of deliverable milestones and dates
Work with the supervisory team to assess the original scope of work and all creative iterative changes from a time, schedule, and budget perspective
Contribute to the determination of show crewing and scheduling, adapting and updating plans as the show progresses and evolves.
Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the show, overseeing Digital Production Managers, VFX Coordinators, and other production staff members
Ensure the overall timely flow of information within the show, promoting efficient communication among team members, and addressing any bottlenecks that may impede progress

Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) years of experience similar role within the VFX industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English
Experience managing multi-vendor productions of 500+ shots
