Video Editor – Social (m/f/d)

What you will be doing:

• You manage the social video presences of WELT and BUSINESS INSIDER
• You create videos using self-editing
• You develop and produce social-first formats and also use AI and other tools
• You take over the independent planning and production of video formats in daily business
• You coordinate the topic planning for networks like Snapchat and Instagram

What you bring:

• You master video editing with all common editing systems – from CapCut to Premiere Pro
• You have experience in complex photo editing, whether in Photoshop or Canva
• You are well-versed in social media, bring journalistic experience and interest in news, politics, economics, and preferably sports
• You use AI specifically in journalism and image design and know its applications
• You have experience with CMS systems for websites and platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram
• Knowledge of Motion Design and handling After Effects is desirable
• You are willing to work early, late, and weekend shifts
