Finance Business Partner (m/f/d)

Become part of our international FP&A Markets team and take on a central role as Finance Business Partner for nine months, as a parental leave replacement. Together with colleagues from different markets, you will ensure precise financial control, improve processes, and strengthen the data-driven approach in the finance area.

What you will move with us:

• Create monthly closings, forecasts, and plans to make business drivers transparent
• Analyze deviations and derive recommendations for action to increase performance
• Work closely with international subsidiaries to interpret results understandably
• Prepare management reports and KPIs to communicate complex topics clearly
• Support business reviews with sound analyses to strengthen strategic decisions
• Further develop reporting processes to specifically use automation and AI

What you bring:

• Completed studies in business administration, finance or a comparable field
• Solid professional experience of three to five years in controlling, FP&A or a similar finance function
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SAP BW or Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Very good English skills and enjoyment of international collaboration
