(Senior) Reporter Pro-Newsletter - Tech

POLITICO Germany is looking for a Senior Reporter for our new German-language PRO-Newsletter Tech. We are looking for versatile and well-connected journalists and team players who are eager to help build a new newsletter. We believe in the future of journalism as a business model and invest in forward-looking technologies. What you will move with us:

• You deliver analyses and scoops on tech for our daily Pro-Newsletter, which are also relevant for our other German-language and international platforms.
• You represent POLITICO on panels as well as in TV and podcast formats and appear there as an expert for tech.
• You follow current developments and ensure fast and precise reporting.
• You show initiative in developing longer stories.
• You work closely with colleagues, including from other departments.

What you bring with you:

• You have several years of editorial experience.
• You have profound knowledge in digital politics and maintain a broad network to decision-makers.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in moderation.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, you are proficient in other European languages.
