Video Project Manager

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring a Video Project Manager for a hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite) with a full-service healthcare agency in Mettawa, Illinois. This is a 1-year contract role.

In this role, you'll serve as a vital member of the video account group, collaborating across internal teams to manage the end-to-end production process. You’ll ensure all video projects meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule to support key business stakeholders.

Video Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with video production team members on assigning video work and prioritizing projects to AbbVie business needs.

• Open all video jobs in Kantata, and serve as the main point of contact with vendors and the video team.

• Facilitate ongoing, timely, and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Create their own estimates and timelines.

• Schedule archiving on projects where needed.

Video Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 5-10 years of ad agency experience required; pharmaceutical experience a plus.

• Excellent communication skills: verbal, presentation, written.

• High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role.

• Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details.
