Job Description

As a VIP Account Manager at SuperPlay, you will build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players of Dice Dreams. Responsibilities include proactive communication to increase player lifetime value, creating monetization activities for VIPs, monitoring player activity, collaborating with various stakeholders, and developing innovative retention strategies. You will be data-driven, possess strong communication skills, and maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude. The role requires fluency in English (verbal and written).

What will you do in SuperPlay?

  • Build and maintain close relationships with our VIP players.
  • Increase player's lifetime value by proactive outbound communication.
  • Create monetization activities for the VIP players.
  • Keep track of and monitor the player's activity.
  • Working closely with different stakeholders in the studio.
  • Thinking outside the box and creating new retention strategies.
