Job Description

As an Evolving Sales Advisor, you will leverage your potential and motivation to serve customers, acting as a brand ambassador for KIABI. You will master key sales activities, ensuring the best customer experience, merchandising products, promoting omnichannel offers, and contributing to store operations, including opening and closing. You will also contribute to the collective performance and value creation of the store.
Must Have:
  • Ensure the best KIABI shopping and service experience for customers.
  • Merchandise products from reception to implementation, following rules.
  • Know and promote the omnichannel offer.
  • Contribute to daily store activity, including opening/closing and permanences.
  • Contribute to collective human and economic value creation.
  • Confirmed first experience as a store manager or first saleswoman.
  • Ability to lead and share knowledge.
  • Proactive with excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Understand commercial indicators and propose action plans.

Job Description

As an Evolving Sales Advisor (M/F/NB), you put all your potential and motivation at the service of the customer, acting as a KIABI brand ambassador, combining boldness, commitment, and versatility with the aim of developing the collective performance of the store. You master the key activities of the Sales Advisor profession:

1/ You guarantee the customer the best KIABI shopping and service experience (at every point of the store, whether in aisles, at checkout, or in fitting rooms).

2/ You showcase our products from reception to implementation, respecting merchandising rules, while knowing and promoting our omnichannel offer, with the aim of always satisfying our customers more.

3/ You contribute to the daily activity of the site and are assigned to the opening and/or closing of the store, and the overall management of permanences.

4/ By putting your talents at the service of the collective, you contribute to the creation of human and economic value.

Qualifications

  • You already have confirmed first experience as a store manager or first saleswoman and wish to evolve quickly (within 18 months) towards a Deputy Store Manager position.
  • You have a real ability to lead with pedagogy and enjoy sharing your know-how and knowledge.
  • You are proactive, have excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate good listening skills.
  • You are interested in and understand the levers of commercial indicators and are proactive in implementing necessary action plans.
  • You wish to evolve in an environment where initiative, autonomy, and enjoyment at work coexist.
