As an H&M Sales Advisor, you will support customers to enjoy a comfortable shopping experience. You will greet customers with a smile, guide them through the store to help them find what they are looking for, and introduce H&M products.

All employees working in the store, including Sales Advisors, Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers, strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Employment contract period: Indefinite employment contract (full-time employee)
Trial period: 3-6 months (salary and working hours during the trial period: same as permanent employment)
Work location: (Immediately after hiring) H&M (Aeon Mall Tottori Kita), or other designated stores
(Scope of change) Sales and company-defined duties at headquarters
Working hours: Monthly shift system (8 hours work, 60 minutes break)
Holidays: 2 days off per week
Details of overtime work: Store manager's prior approval required for overtime to ensure work-life balance
Annual salary: 2.24 million yen (annual salary system) ~
