Job Summary
CRED is seeking a Visual Designer to evolve and shape the brand's visual language across brand, campaigns, product, and communications. The role involves designing original, thoughtful, and strategic creatives consistent across platforms, collaborating with designers, writers, motion designers, and product teams to create world-class experiences. You will raise the bar on quality and craft through strong execution and feedback, contribute to the design system, support QA of visual assets, and stay curious by researching new ideas, tools, and formats. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in graphic or visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing finesse in typography, color, layout, and hierarchy. Comfort working across various formats like web, product, campaigns, and motion, along with an obsession for polish, consistency, and alignment, is essential. Openness to critique, feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning is highly valued.
Must Have
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic/visual design
- Strong portfolio showcasing typography, color, layout, hierarchy
- Rigor and taste in details
- Comfortable working across formats (web, product, campaigns, motion)
- Obsessed with polish, consistency, alignment
- Open to critique, feedback, and collaboration
- Always learning new tools, formats, perspectives
