The Visual Production Artist will apply user-centered design principles to develop accessible, scalable, and visually engaging assets across digital platforms. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, extensive experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to convert strategic direction into consistent, on-brand graphic elements.
Must Have
- Design, modify, update and deliver graphic files for use on landing pages
- Select on-brand photography from an internal digital asset management system
- Perform quality control in accordance with brand guidelines
- Utilize CMS platforms such as AEM, Contentful, for design and content integration
- Communicate effectively with designers, developers, and business stakeholders
- 3-5 years of experience in visual, UI, or digital design
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards
- Experience with CMS tools such as AEM, Contentful
- Solid understanding of web graphics, including image optimization, file size and type, and font use
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity about AI technical concepts and willingness to experiment with it

- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with digital marketers, engineering and web producers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks

Position Overview
The Visual Production Artist will apply user-centered design principles to develop accessible, scalable, and visually engaging assets across digital platforms. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, extensive experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to convert strategic direction into consistent, on-brand graphic elements.
Main Responsibilities
- Image asset production—Design, modify, update and deliver graphic files for use on landing pages (ex: resizing large images, processing raw videos, adding overlays to images)
- Selection of on-brand photography from an internal digital asset management system
- Quality control in accordance with brand guidelines (technical & subjective)
- Utilize CMS platforms such as AEM, Contentful, for design and content integration
- Communicate effectively with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure design integrity and usability.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in visual, UI, or digital design
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
