Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager of Web Publishing, the Web Producer is responsible for implementing and modifying content across Autodesk’s web properties. This role involves collaborating with designers, editors, and engineers to maintain digital assets, ensuring they meet standards of quality, usability, and brand consistency. Key responsibilities include configuring, publishing, and integrating content using enterprise CMS platforms like Contentful and AEM, implementing and updating online material with logical structure, ensuring content compliance with brand standards, and documenting new technical procedures.

Must Have

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with Contentful or comparable enterprise CMS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with AEM is a plus
  • Team player who adds value to collaborative efforts

Position Overview

Reporting to the Manager of Web Publishing, the Web Producer is responsible for implementing and modifying content across Autodesk’s web properties. This role collaborates with designers, editors, and engineers to maintain digital assets, ensuring they meet standards of quality, usability, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, publish, and integrate content using enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, AEM)
  • Implement, update, and revise online material, maintaining logical structure and consistent file naming within the information architecture
  • Ensure all content complies with brand standards and site guidelines for visual consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure content integrity and usability
  • Document and implement new technical procedures and processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a similar role within a medium or large corporate environment or web development firm
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; hands-on experience with Contentful or a comparable enterprise CMS. Experience with AEM is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to translate business needs into technical action
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Team player who adds value to collaborative efforts
  • Willingness to identify and implement change when necessary
  • Curiosity about AI technical concepts and willingness to experiment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
