Job Summary

Onward Search is hiring a Production Coordinator for a leading global gaming and entertainment company. This 6-month remote contract role supports the Mobile User Acquisition Creative Marketing team, focusing on developing and coordinating engaging creative assets. The coordinator will manage workflows, collaborate across teams, and ensure timely, quality delivery of creative content for acquisition and brand campaigns.

Must Have

  • Manage and route supporting information and assets into tickets and requests across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Marketing and Growth teams to upload content for acquisition and brand campaigns.
  • Partner with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure assets meet specifications and best practices.
  • Perform QA/QC checks on creative deliverables and communicate feedback to vendors.
  • Route creative assets through legal and localization teams for review and approval.
  • Coordinate asset delivery, file packaging, and backup management across internal systems.
  • Maintain project trackers and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

Good to Have

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, professional environment (entertainment, creative, or gaming background preferred).
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential to extend. The role is fully remote.

Join the Mobile User Acquisition Creative Marketing team to support the development and coordination of engaging creative assets across multiple marketing channels. You'll play a key role in managing workflows, collaborating across teams, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of creative content.

*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
