Job Description

We Are Social Amsterdam is seeking a Producer to manage all aspects of production, from initial concept to final edit. This role involves overseeing budgets, timelines, and on-set shoot days, ensuring projects meet world-class standards. The Producer will coordinate pre-production, shoot, and post-production phases, manage client expectations, and collaborate with creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns for global brands.

Must Have:
  • End-to-end production management across various projects
  • Seamless coordination of pre-production, shoot, and post-production
  • On-set leadership ensuring projects run on time, budget, and vision
  • Creation of call sheets, crew, equipment, and talent coordination
  • Client-facing project management with clear updates and alignment
  • Budget ownership including forecasting, allocation, and reporting
  • Collaboration with creatives and DOPs for talent and suppliers
  • Delivery of high-quality assets meeting creative objectives
  • 2-5 years of experience in social media content production and post-production
  • Strong budget management and project delivery skills
  • Deep understanding of social media formats, tools, and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple productions in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally for shoots
  • Fluency in English

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Producer to join our team in Amsterdam. You’ll take charge of all things production, from managing budgets and timelines to running smooth, on-set shoot days. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person keeping ideas on track, teams aligned, and creative energy flowing - all while ensuring every project meets our world-class standards.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • End-to-end production management across a range of projects — from always-on social content to high-profile campaign shoots.
  • Seamless coordination of pre-production, shoot, and post-production phases.
  • On-set leadership, ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and on vision.
  • Creation of call sheets, coordination of crew and equipment, and talent management.
  • Client-facing project management, providing clear updates and aligning on expectations.
  • Budget ownership — from forecasting and allocation to cost control and reporting.
  • Collaboration with creatives and DOPs to find the right talent and suppliers while keeping projects within budget.
  • Delivery of high-quality assets that meet creative and strategic objectives.

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media content production and post-production, ideally with global clients.
  • Strong budget management and project delivery skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media formats, tools, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re confident working with clients and creatives alike.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple productions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for shoots.
  • Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset and the flexibility to adapt when things shift (as they always do in production).
