Business Producer

Responsible for business docking and resource coordination of film and animation projects, ensuring smooth project progress. This role involves formulating and executing business plans, including budget management, contract negotiation, and supplier coordination. The Business Producer will connect with individual artists and external resources, manage cooperative relationships, and ensure project quality and schedule. They will also participate in early planning and production communications to align business needs with creative goals, and support the team with market research and partner selection.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3+ years of experience in business production in the film and animation industry
• Experience in connecting with individual artists and coordinating internal/external resources
• Excellent business negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills

• Cross-cultural communication skills

• Love for the film and animation industry, with an understanding of market trends and artistic creation
