The Vice President of Recruiting for EMEA will lead a team of over 50 recruiters, supporting 5 Regional CEOs. This high-impact role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, managing and mentoring the recruitment team, and tracking key metrics to measure success. The leader will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, drive hiring goals, and partner with various teams to streamline the recruitment process within the region. This person will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, metrics, and innovation within the EMEA region.

We are looking for a Vice President of Recruiting to help grow our EMEA region. This role is responsible for a team of over 50 recruiters, supporting 5 Regional CEOs and leading a large, dynamic, and expanding recruiting team within Salesforce Employee Success. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Recruiting - Distribution, this leader will drive Salesforce’s EMEA recruiting strategy. This role will be accountable for driving hitting our quarterly headcount targets, developing strategic initiatives and executing a well thought out hiring plan. The role will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders while championing programs to streamline the recruitment process within the region. This leader will be a strategic partner to Business Leaders, Sales Strategy, Finance, HRBPs, Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Marketing teams accountable to the alignment of all stakeholders to our goals. This is a high-impact role.   Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and talent needs. Success will be measured by the ability to drive consistent and predictable communication and results.

  • Team Leadership and Management: Overseeing and mentoring a team of recruiters, to help remove obstacles and increase productivity. We are looking for a leader who embodies Salesforce’s core values, including Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality and Sustainability.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics to measure the success of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement. Being able to utilize data to tell the story of what’s working and where we have challenges will be critical.

  • Technology and Innovation: Exploring and implementing new recruitment technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Having a technical aptitude and a POV around the future of work for recruiting including where AI can help elevate the role of recruiters is important.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience with a strong track record of success in the EMEA region, including 5+ years of team leadership with experience leading managers.

  • A critical thought leader with strong business acumen, capable of turning ideas into action; the ability to drive net-new programs at scale.

  • Experience working in highly matrixed, international work environments with an ability to thrive in ambiguity.

  • A keen interest in data and a point of view around how data should be used and interpreted; the ability to synthesize key points from a data set, make informed decisions, and craft compelling narratives.

  • Proven ability to earn trust and credibility quickly with stakeholders across various cultures and regions.

  • History of building long-term relationships with key stakeholders across EMEA.

  • Ability to partner and influence stakeholders to drive hiring goals and program outcomes within the EMEA context.

  • Experience in presenting results to internal and external teams, including senior management, with a strong storytelling ability.
