We’re seeking an experienced, operational leader to serve as our Vice President of Talent, a new, strategic role at the heart of our People Experience Team. This individual will lead the global function of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for attracting world-class talent to fuel our continued growth on a global scale. You’ll oversee the development and execution of talent acquisition and employer brand strategies that ensure every candidate has a seamless, engaging, and high-quality experience, from their first interaction with us through hiring. You’ll play a critical role in building a global hiring engine that supports creativity, scales with business needs, and equips leaders to build high-performing teams across all functions and key geographies (US, LATAM, EMEA & APAC).
Must have:
  • Lead a global talent acquisition function aligned with business goals and culture.
  • Design and implement a data-informed recruiting strategy to attract diverse talent.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive pipelines.
  • Oversee executive recruiting efforts and ensure inclusive hiring practices.
  • Drive innovation in sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and assessment frameworks.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Early Careers strategy.
  • Partner with D&I leadership to drive DEIB initiatives throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to the Chief People Officer and executive team on talent strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and brand professionals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with peers in Learning & Development, Communications, People Operations.
  • Develop and lead a global Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy.
  • Own EVP and ensure its integration across career sites, social platforms, events, and candidate touchpoints.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and talent pipeline diversity.
  • Lead the development and execution of a scalable Contingent Workforce Strategy.
  • Build and optimize a hybrid talent ecosystem.
  • Establish governance, policies, and compliance frameworks for contingent labor engagements.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, HR, and business leaders to define contingent workforce needs.
  • Select and oversee contingent workforce technology platforms.
  • Advise on workforce planning and total talent strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and labor market dynamics.
  • Ensure TA processes, systems, and tools are modern, inclusive, and user-friendly.
  • Champion continuous improvement in candidate experience and hiring manager enablement.
  • Manage budgets, external partnerships, and vendor relationships aligned to Talent goals.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience across HR Operations, Program Management, and Administration.
  • Strong Global perspective and deep domain expertise.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Think strategically and execute effectively, driving impactful cross-functional initiatives.
  • Use data, experience, and judgment to solve complex problems with confidence.
  • Collaborative leader who influences across all levels and functions.

Good to have:
  • 10–15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

You’ll oversee the development and execution of talent acquisition and employer brand strategies that ensure every candidate has a seamless, engaging, and high-quality experience, from their first interaction with us through hiring. You’ll play a critical role in building a global hiring engine that supports creativity, scales with business needs, and equips leaders to build high-performing teams across all functions and key geographies (US, LATAM, EMEA & APAC).

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Lead a global talent acquisition function that aligns with our business goals and culture of care.
  • Design and implement a data-informed recruiting strategy to attract top, diverse talent across all functions and levels.
  • Partner with business leaders and People Experience colleagues to forecast hiring needs and build proactive pipelines.
  • Oversee executive recruiting efforts and ensure consistent, inclusive hiring practices.
  • Drive innovation in sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and assessment frameworks to meet growth demands globally.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Early Careers strategy to attract, engage, and retain emerging talent through internships, university partnerships, and entry-level programs aligned with long-term workforce planning.
  • Partner with D&I leadership to drive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring equitable processes and outcomes.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a senior advisor to the Chief People Officer and executive team on talent and employee value proposition strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, talent partners, and brand professionals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with peers in Learning & Development, Communications, People Operations, and People Business Partners to ensure alignment and impact.

Employee Value Proposition Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and lead a global EVP strategy that authentically reflects our culture, mission, and employee experience.
  • Partner with Communications and People Experience teams to create compelling content and campaigns for key talent audiences.
  • Own our employer value proposition (EVP) and ensure its integration across career sites, social platforms, events, and candidate touchpoints.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with external organizations, universities, and platforms to enhance brand visibility and talent pipeline diversity.
  • Monitor EVP performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize messaging, channels, and campaigns.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at key events and in thought leadership efforts that elevate our presence in the tech/media hiring landscape.

Contingent Workforce Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of a scalable Contingent Workforce Strategy, aligning with the company’s growth plans and evolving business needs.
  • Build and optimize a hybrid talent ecosystem, integrating freelance, contract, and vendor-supplied talent to support agile content development, technology innovation, and seasonal demand surges.
  • Establish governance, policies, and compliance frameworks for all contingent labor engagements, ensuring risk mitigation, legal alignment, and consistent experience across global jurisdictions.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, HR, and business leaders to define contingent workforce needs, streamline onboarding, and ensure operational excellence in vendor management and performance tracking.
  • Select and oversee contingent workforce technology platforms (e.g., VMS, MSP partnerships), enabling visibility, spend control, and strategic workforce analytics.
  • Advise on workforce planning and total talent strategies, incorporating contingent labor as a critical component of talent agility, cost efficiency, and innovation acceleration.
  • Monitor industry trends and labor market dynamics to evolve sourcing models and maintain competitive advantage in attracting creative, technical, and operational freelance talent.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure TA processes, systems, and tools are modern, inclusive, and user-friendly.
  • Champion continuous improvement in candidate experience and hiring manager enablement.
  • Manage budgets, external partnerships, and vendor relationships aligned to Talent goals.
