MILYEN FELADATOK VÁRNAK RÁD:
- Vevői reklamáció alapján garanciális termékek bevizsgálásának irányítása
- Elektronikai termékekhez (kamera és kamera vezérlő egység) kapcsolódó vizsgálati mérések és vizsgálatok végrehajtásának koordinálása
- Hibaokok feltárása, analizálása
- Vizsgálati jegyzőkönyvek, riportok készítése, eredmények bemutatása
- Vevői portálok, Valeo felületek követése, a reklamációk dokumentálása ezeken a felületeken
- Statisztikák, kockázatértékelések készítése
- Technical Factor (TF) számítása, vevőkkel való egyeztetése
- Napi szintű együttműködés debug/analízis technikusokkal, mérnökökkel, laboratóriummal, beszállítói minőségügyi kapcsolattartókkal
- Rendszeres kapcsolattartás a vevőkkel, fejlesztőközponttal szóban és írásban, megbeszéléseken résztvétel
AMIT TŐLED KÉRÜNK:
- Felsőfokú végzettség
- Termék analízisben szerzett tapasztalat
- Elektronikai területen szerzett szakmai tapasztalat
- Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás
- Statisztikai módszerek, számítások ismerete
- SMT tapasztalat előnyt jelent
