This role involves monitoring room status, addressing guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, maintaining accurate guest profiles, and adhering to VIP protocols and local government requirements. Must have:

Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional front office service, including warm welcomes, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Anticipate guest needs, handle cash transactions, and maintain Pullman service standards.
  • Monitor room status, manage guest complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and follow VIP protocols.
  • Adhere to local government requirements and Pullman guidelines for guest management.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:      

  • Thriving in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with Opera or similar systems
  • Guest-oriented, approachable, and genuinely service-minded
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are great asset
  • Sales-driven mindset
