Job Description
As a Wi-Fi QA Manager, the responsibilities include leading the Wi-Fi Quality Engineering (QE) team, managing test strategy and execution across Apple’s wireless platforms. This involves defining and implementing comprehensive test plans for Wi-Fi features such as performance, roaming, coexistence, and user experience under real-world conditions. Furthermore, the role requires developing scalable automation infrastructure to enable rapid validation and continuous integration. The manager will drive issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams while delivering timely and clear quality reports to senior leadership. The goal is to highlight trends, risks, and corrective actions, fostering a team culture that emphasizes technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
