The role involves leading the design and development of complex, high-traffic websites, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. Candidates must have strong proficiency in Wordpress, Woocommerce integration, custom theme/plugin development, and various front-end, back-end, and database technologies.

Must Have

• Lead the design and development of complex, high-traffic websites.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

• Strong proficiency in database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and server-side languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, PHP).
• Extensive experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, user experience, and accessibility principles.
