Front end Developer

Element8 is seeking a talented Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, API integration, GSAP animations, and pixel-perfect design conversion. You’ll work closely with our design and backend teams to deliver high-quality, responsive, and visually engaging websites for client projects. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining front-end interfaces, implementing GSAP animations, converting designs, integrating APIs, collaborating with teams, and optimizing websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.

Must Have

• Develop and maintain front-end interfaces using Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Implement smooth, high-performance animations and interactions using GSAP.
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.
• Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs to deliver dynamic, data-driven experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams for smooth project delivery.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
• Proficiency in Next.js (React-based framework).
• Strong experience in API integration (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience or knowledge in GSAP for advanced animations.
• Expertise in converting Figma/PSD/XD designs to pixel-perfect web pages.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skill.
