Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Staff Specialist to design, develop, and maintain Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and configuration, as well as a deep understanding of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Peakon, and Recruiting. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations, configuring business processes, developing custom reports, and providing technical support.
Must have:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Web Services (SOAP, REST APIs).
  • Configure Workday business processes, security, and tenant setup based on business requirements.
  • Develop custom reports using Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reporting, and Calculated Fields.
  • Support Workday data migration, transformations, and mass data uploads via EIBs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday modules, integrations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Workday solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations within Workday.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and support for Workday users.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and new features, recommending optimizations and enhancements.
  • 5+ years of Workday HCM development experience, including integrations and configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Strong experience in Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reporting, and Calculated Fields.
  • Familiarity with Workday Security, Business Process Framework (BPF), and Tenant Management.
  • Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management processes.
  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

What you’ll be working on
