Axel Springer is seeking a Working Student for Finance Contract Database / Contract Management to support the Finance News Media Germany team. This role involves managing the central contract database, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and providing contractual details to departments. The position also includes general administrative support. The team is responsible for financial steering, budget planning, forecasts, and analyses, contributing to sustainable company development with a focus on strategic financial decisions and risk management.
Must have:
  • Manage and enter new contracts into the central contract database
  • Monitor compliance with appointments and deadlines
  • Independently make changes in the contract database
  • Provide information to departments on contractual details
  • Support with general administrative tasks (e.g., contract overviews, correspondence)

Job Details

What you will move with us:

  • you will manage our newly concluded contracts and enter them into our central contract database
  • monitor compliance with appointments and deadlines
  • independently make changes in the contract database, if necessary
  • provide information to the respective departments on contractual details
  • you will also support with other general administrative tasks (e.g., creation of contract overviews, correspondence, etc.)

What you bring with you:

  • you are studying law and ideally have already gained initial experience in the media sector
  • you are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • you find it easy to adapt to different people and communicate with them at eye level
  • you have very good German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
