Manage and influence infrastructure efforts across independent functional and property teams. Build partner trust and persistently remove ambiguity by seeking to reduce complexity to ensure clarity around project goals, expectations and timelines. Develop a broad organizational perspective to facilitate strategic views around new projects and be able to facilitate discussions focusing on prioritization of existing projects. Create and maintain extensive work plans detailing technical projects in a fast moving engineering environment. Work with Supply Chain teams to handle deadlines and meet financial, capacity requirements. Develop and contribute to process improvement and standard operating procedures, in order to achieve required maturity and operational effectiveness, all while successfully leading and strengthening a team of excellent project managers.

• SAMPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - VARIES BY ROTATION ASSIGNMENT:
• Support supply chain decisions by forecasting product demand (both new and existing products), analyzing production needs, allocating global supply across all channels of distribution.
• Influence global allocation and new product introduction strategy across the entire Reseller Channel, including Telcos, National Retailers, Distributors, Enterprise, and Education.
• Support sophisticated, global projects bringing Apple’s newest products to market by partnering closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Channel Sales, and Retail teams.
• Support business activities including but not limited to: NPI readiness, procurement, supplier management, freight planning, launch strategy deployment, loss prevention, packaging program control, optimal shipment design, supply chain scalability and optimization, reverse supply chain, cost savings, and continuous improvement at a worldwide level.
• Influence across key groups (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Product Manufacturing, and IT), all in an effort to both set the strategy and drive the execution of products across Apple’s global supply chain.
• Manage global initiatives to define, build, and roll out innovative technology and business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, and challenge the status quo.
• - Define and build capabilities that provide deep business insight, enable rapid decision-making, and drive automation of evolving business processes.

• MS (in relevant fields like Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).

• MBA Preferred.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
