Yield Improvement Engineer

Broadcom is seeking a Yield Improvement Engineer to work on leading-edge ASICs. The role involves applying advanced technology nodes and requires a Master's degree or higher in EE/CS with a focus on Design For Test. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in yield improvement for System-On-Chip designs, strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python, and familiarity with AI/ML algorithms. Knowledge of EDA tools and strong communication skills are also essential for this full-time position in San Jose, CA.

Must Have

• Master's degree or higher in EE/CS with academic work focused on Design For Test in advanced technology nodes.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in working on Yield Improvement techniques for leading System-On-Chip designs.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Python programming language.
• Good familiarity and understanding of the latest algorithms in AI/ML.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Implementation experience in AI/ML.
• Knowledge and experience with EDA tools and flows.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher, in EE/CS, from a premier institution, with academic work focused on Design For Test, in advanced technology nodes
• Minimum 3+ years experience in working on Yield Improvement techniques for leading System-On-Chip designs.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Python programming language. Must have demonstrable work experience of implementing solutions in these languages.
• Good familiarity and understanding of the latest algorithms in AI/ML. Implementation experience in AI/ML is highly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with EDA tools and flows is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills highly essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $101,000 - $162,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
