Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a Zabbix Administrator with 6-12 years of experience. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining Zabbix servers, proxies, and agents. Responsibilities include developing custom discovery templates and monitoring scripts for Oracle, Linux, and Wintel, troubleshooting Zabbix HA environments, and managing Service Guard clusters. The administrator will also handle Zabbix proxy administration, including pool allocation, DB partitioning, and queue management, along with configuring Zabbix agents, trappers, and housekeeping. Integration and management of Grafana dashboards, alerts, and data sources are key. The role also requires utilizing the Zabbix API for automation and custom monitoring, and handling server migrations and vendor case escalations.
