You are a key player in a major business transformation project initiated by Thales.

This project:

• Must define and implement the convergence of end-to-end business processes across numerous Global Business Units and countries
• Is focused on digital continuity between different application bricks (PLM, ERP, MES, Project Management, etc.)
• Must design, develop, and deploy a new ERP based on SAP 4HANA
• Is organized into Value Streams

The "Services" Value Stream Director supervises a multidisciplinary team, both business and IT, to define the target of the end-to-end process(es) for which they are responsible (process, data, and application solutions), in coordination with the entire transformation program, including the other Value Stream Directors:

• Design of processes, the ERP solution, and the application ecosystem, using a core modeling and fit-to-standard ERP approach
• Consistency of data models and guarantor of digital continuity
• Change management and adoption
• Guarantor of achieving value creation objectives and alignment with the company's strategic objectives

The Value Stream Director ensures coordination and optimization of existing processes towards a homogenized and standardized target. They deploy a culture of continuous improvement within their teams, while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

The role involves resource management, strategic planning, and the implementation of project methodologies, particularly Agile, to ensure the efficiency and performance of this large-scale project.

This key position is responsible for delivering high-quality digital solutions, while fostering a culture of innovation and managing risks.

Profile:

• Professional experience of at least 15 years, if possible in multi-country, Business Unit, or Business Line environments or organizations, and if possible in design and manufacturing environments.
• Confirmed operational experience of at least 5 years in the services domain, if possible for aeronautical or defense products or systems (customer management, operations, or services engineering) or system of systems.
• Confirmed experience in large-scale IT project management.
• Knowledge or experience in data modeling and inter-application digital continuity approaches (end-to-end processes) and/or data platform.
• Solid experience in leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Proven skills in risk management and performance.
• Excellent communication and expectation management skills.
