ElevenLabs seeks a Revenue Operations Analyst to play a key role in scaling go-to-market operations. This remote role (with office options in New York, London, and Warsaw) involves building and maintaining tools, automations, and dashboards within Salesforce to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.  Responsibilities include ensuring CRM data quality, handling data management requests, leveraging SQL for reporting and visualization, collaborating with sales, data, and product teams, developing data pipelines, identifying process gaps, and recommending improvements.  The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.

This role is at the intersection of technical problem-solving and operational excellence, focusing on building and maintaining tools, automations, and dashboards that empower our sales, data, and product teams to execute with precision.As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll collaborate across functions to design and implement systems that streamline sales processes, enhance decision-making, and drive growth.
