Lighthouse Games is seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead the development process of their AAA game from start to finish. You'll be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. You'll collaborate with artists, designers, engineers, and stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, resolving conflicts, and maintaining the development process across multiple projects. You'll also ensure that all aspects of the game meet established quality standards and objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development process from start to finish, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
