As Director of Live Operations at Lighthouse Games, you will be the visionary leader for the Live Ops strategy, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a top-tier player experience.  This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to deliver and maintain an outstanding Live Ops Roadmap encompassing monetization, content releases, and new features.  Key responsibilities include optimizing player engagement and retention, collaborating on feature design, analyzing key performance metrics, building industry relationships, managing budgets, and reporting to senior management.  A minimum of three days a week in the Leamington Spa studio is required.

You will learn from the best, and work alongside the future greats of the gaming industry.</p><p>As Director of Live Operations, you will be the vision holder for our Live Operations strategy, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our game and ensuring that our players have the best possible experience. Working collaboratively with multiple teams, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining an outstanding Live Ops Roadmap for monetisation, content releases and new features.
