In the role of Product Manager at SHL, you will work closely with your agile team to manage the product road map and work with cross-functional teams to enhance your products. You will work on people insight products and guide the development and evolution of cutting-edge talent assessment products to help global companies attract, recruit, develop and retain outstanding talent. What You Will Be Doing <ul><li> Develop product sketches and user journeys as part of product discovery. </li><li> Assist the creation of product roadmap based on target market understanding. </li><li> Ensure that cross-functional teams are delivering coherent and valuable feature sets. </li><li> Provide business analysis, create, and maintain standard product documentation. </li><li> Leverage techniques such as personas, stakeholder maps, customer journey maps, customer lifecycle maps, and user story mapping to develop and refine new product concepts. </li><li> Utilize stakeholder and market feedback to scope, design and launch products. </li></ul>
What we are looking for from you: Essential <ul><li> Relevant experience in agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). </li><li> Excellent oral and written communication skills. </li><li> Product Management experience </li></ul>
Desirable <ul><li> Experience working with AI power software features and B2B SaaS applications </li><li> HR market experience (talent acquisition, training &amp; language, technology or psychometric assessments, etc.) </li><li> Able to transform complex information into compelling product features. </li></ul>
