This Disney internship offers an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with leading industry experts in industrial engineering. Interns will contribute to the creation of world-class experiences, leading projects and initiatives, providing analytical support for daily operations, and identifying efficiency improvements to enhance guest and cast satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading industrial engineering projects, providing analytical decision-making support for daily operations, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and guest and cast satisfaction. The internship is full-time for three months between May and August 2025 and is based at the Lantau Island, Hong Kong location. Ideal candidates will be current university students graduating in or after 2025 with a major in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields.

Industrial Engineering major
Full-time availability (May-August 2025)
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Requirements

Current university students graduating in or after 2025, major in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Management Sciences or other related disciplines
Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.
Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
