Lumine Studio is seeking a talented 3D Animator Supervisor to lead their animation team. The role involves overseeing the creation of high-quality 3D animations for various projects, including visual effects, game assets, and motion graphics. Responsibilities include guiding animators, ensuring artistic and technical quality, and collaborating with other departments to achieve project goals. Must have:

Proficiency in 3D animation software
Experience in leading animation teams
Strong understanding of animation principles
Creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities

Good to have:

Experience with VFX and CGI
Knowledge of motion capture
Familiarity with virtual reality projects
Experience in the gaming or film industry
