Main Job Responsibilities
The work you will be entrusted with is 3D Designer (Motion) duties.
You will primarily be responsible for 3D motion in game development and operation for smartphones, consoles, and PCs.
- Character motion creation
- Directional motion creation
- Action motion creation
- Motion quality control, external outsourcing management
- Camera work
- Negotiations with external parties or other sections
- Other related duties
- You will not be responsible for all of the above, but rather for some of the duties based on your past achievements and aptitude.

As a member of a production company, you will participate in various client projects and be able to acquire diverse skills and know-how that cannot be achieved within a single company!

Application Requirements
Required Skills
- Experience in one project in game development or operation titles
- Experience with hand-drawn motion (animation)
- Experience with either smartphone, console, or arcade games
- Practical experience with Maya
- Has a portfolio that shows achievements
Welcome Skills
- Motion leader experience (motion check and correction instructions) / Experience outsourcing to external production companies, correction instructions, and direction
- Motion builder experience
- Practical experience in modeling and effects
- Experience using Unity
- Experience using Unreal Engine
