Job Description
We are seeking innovative and energetic 3D Game Artists to join our team at Panteon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing casual games, full involvement in the creative process, and an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Responsibilities include creating models and animations for new games reaching millions of users, participating in the creation and development of new hit games, and working closely with the Developer and Game Design teams. The role offers the opportunity to witness the entire game development process, gain experience in a large team, create diverse models, master modeling and animation details, and learn effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Must Have:
- Passion for casual game development
- Full involvement in creative process

- Ability to work quickly
- 1+ year Blender experience
- UV mapping, texturing, compositing
- Character design and rigging
- Unity lighting and color knowledge
- Strong 3D modeling understanding
- Good English command

What Are We Looking For?
- A passion for developing casual games,
- Full involvement in the creative process,
- An entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, motivation, and strong sense of ownership,
- Great team player skills,
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently,
- At least 1 year of professional experience with Blender,
- Experience in UV mapping, texturing, and compositing,
- Ability to design and rig characters,
- Lighting and color knowledge in Unity,
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling techniques,
- Good command of English.

- You’ll work alongside our Developer and Game Design teams as a part of our crew,
- You’ll be responsible for creating models and animations for new and unique games that reach millions of users,
- You’ll take part in the creation and development of new hit games,
- You’ll work hard, learn a lot, and have tons of fun with the team.
