We are seeking a 3D Scene Lead proficient in 3D production and engine-related work, capable of handling various art styles. This role involves close collaboration with planning, design, and technical teams to enhance art quality and optimize workflows. Responsibilities include creating 3D character models, assets, textures, and materials based on game settings and concept art, ensuring the game's art style and quality are maintained throughout the development process. A strong understanding of R&D processes and coordination is essential.
Must have:
  • Proficient in 3D production and engine-related work
  • Capable of producing various art styles
  • Collaborate with planning, design, and technical teams to enhance art quality and optimize workflows
  • Create 3D character models, assets, textures, and materials based on game settings and concept art
  • Ensure game art style and quality, coordinating the entire process for final art implementation
  • Strong understanding of R&D processes and coordination
  • Strong art background
  • Full-time college degree or above
  • Proficient in modeling, solid drawing skills, and good color sense
  • Extensive experience in next-gen game production
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and strong team awareness
  • Keen sense for new technologies and strong learning ability
  • Passion for game development and proactive work ethic
Good to have:
  • Experience with Unity3d/Unreal engine work

1. Proficient in 3D production and engine-related work.

2. Capable of taking responsibility for various styles of production.

3. Maintain close cooperation and communication with planning, design, and technical departments to improve project art quality and optimize existing workflows.

4. Based on game settings, understand the intent of original art, and produce 3D character models, object resources, texture painting, and material creation.

5. Understand the game's art style and quality follow-up, coordinate the entire process to achieve the product's art effects.

6. Possess high sensitivity and understanding of R&D processes and coordination.

Job Requirements

1. Possess a strong art background, with a full-time college degree or above.

2. Possess proficient modeling ability, solid drawing skills, and a good sense of color.

3. Proficiently operate and master 3ds Max/Maya, ZBrush/Mudbox, Substance Designer/Painter, Quixel Suite, Marvelous Designer, Photoshop, and other related production software.

4. Experience in game production with Unity3d/Unreal engine is preferred.

5. Possess rich experience in next-gen game production.

6. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, strong team awareness, a keen sense for new technologies, and strong learning ability.

7. Passionate about game development and proactive in work.
