Responsibilities include maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, preparing tax filings, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and audits, and recommending process improvements. The role requires ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. Specific tasks involve preparing and maintaining financial records, reconciling bank statements and accounts, assisting in month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing, processing payroll, preparing financial reports, preparing and filing tax returns, assisting in tax planning, responding to tax authority inquiries, collaborating with external consultants, supporting budgeting and forecasting, analyzing financial data, and improving accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
