Job Description

Medical Device Sales, Radiation Diagnostic Large Equipment (Tokyo, Heiwajima Center):

Your goal will be to contribute to improving the quality of medical care in Japan by conducting business negotiations with doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff at large hospitals, including university hospitals, core hospitals, and national centers, primarily for angiography systems, MRI, and CT used for diagnostic imaging.

Job Responsibilities:

Considering your experience first, you will be responsible for sales of our medical devices. We are looking for staff who can work with us to further expand the market share of our world-leading, high-quality products in the Japanese market. Specifically, you will visit hospitals and distributors to introduce, propose, explain, and sell products.

Sales Style:

Your main job will be sales activities for customers within your assigned area. You will formulate sales strategies for your area and execute them based on your supervisor's approval.

You will be able to listen to customer needs and arrange better proposals. Therefore, it is an environment where you can take the lead and demonstrate your abilities. You can leverage your skills to challenge larger businesses.

In addition, a company car and mobile environment are provided so that you can work directly from home or on the go.

Experience/Skills:

Experience in selling large radiation equipment is highly welcome!!!

Language:

  • English: Reading and writing level; willingness to learn is welcome

  • Address: Heiwajima Logistics Center, 1-1-2 Heiwajima, Ota-ku, Tokyo 3F, 7F
  • Scope of change: All company locations. Possibility of transfer to any company location due to reassignment.
  • [Working Hours] 9:00-17:30 Break time: Generally 12:00-13:00
  • [Holidays] Every Saturday (scheduled holiday) / Sunday (legal holiday), national holidays, New Year holidays (December 29 - January 4)
  • [Leave] Annual paid leave: Up to 20 days in the first year (20 days for 2nd-5th years / 25 days for 6th year onwards), Care Leave (10 days per year), Sick Leave (up to 30 days per year), etc.
  • [Overtime Work] Yes. Deemed working hours system (outside-of-business-site work system)
  • A deemed work allowance will be paid, assuming 9 hours of work per day.
  • Holiday work allowance will be paid for work on holidays.
  • Late-night work allowance will be paid for late-night work.
  • [Salary] Base annual salary 4.7 to 7 million yen + bonus incentive 30%
  • Incentives are paid once a year in March (variable depending on company performance, department performance, and individual evaluation).
  • For those joining mid-year, pro-rata calculation applies for the target period.
