Are you a service-oriented Account Manager interested in financial products and building strong relationships with Tier 1 institutional clients? Join our Institutional Service team in Singapore. We aim to improve customer relationships and satisfaction. The Institutional Service desk is the primary point of contact for all day-to-day operational queries and complex issues for our institutional clients. You will deliver a high level of service to White Labels, Introducing Brokers, and Financial clients, acting as the key point of contact for operational queries and escalations, educating partners, resolving escalations, and identifying client needs.
Must have:
  • Min. 5 years of Account management, Middle Office or Client facing operational role in the financial industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & setting priorities
  • Self-starter with "can do" attitude and ownership
  • Structured approach and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on client impact and severity
Good to have:
  • Ability to speak additional languages for the Asia market

Job Details

Are you the service-orientated Account Manager we are looking for? Do you have an interest in financial products and building strong relationships with Tier 1 institutional clients? Then we would love to invite you to join our Institutional Service team in Singapore.

We take pride in a high satisfaction and aim for improving the overall customer relationship. The Institutional Service desk is the key point of contact for all day-to-day operational queries, as well as complex issues for our institutional clients. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to a portfolio of White Labels, Introducing Brokers and Financial clients.

Among others you will be responsible for:

  • Key point of contact for day to day, operational queries and escalations for your own portfolio of institutional clients

  • Actively participating in the development of our partners through education

  • Dealing with clients’ queries and resolving escalations

  • Investigating more complex partners’ requests together with specialists and relevant stakeholders

  • Identifying customer needs and being the voice of the client within our organisation

  • Owning small projects to improve/develop services that result from customers´ needs

Key competences:

  • Min. 5 years of Account management, Middle Office or Client facing operational role in the financial industry

  • Fluent in English and the ability to speak additional language for asia market is of advantage

  • Team player with strong communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure & setting the right priorities in a dynamic environment

  • A self-starter who is passionate about providing excellent customer service & “can do” attitude; ability to take ownership

  • Has a structured approach to handling tasks and is a stickler to attention for detail

  • Able to prioritize tasks based on client impact, severity and/or importance

  • Dedicated to constantly improving work efficiency with clients and also inter-departments
