Job Description

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a skilled and engaged Account Manager for their Oslo team. This role involves selling company products, driving new sales, upselling, and cross-selling to both new and existing customers. The Account Manager will identify opportunities for growth within the existing customer base, ensure solutions drive customer business forward, and track progress against monthly goals. The position requires creating new sales opportunities and helping businesses scale and manage credit risk. The company offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment with a focus on turning data into value.
Must have:
  • Solid sales experience with proven results
  • Experience with remote selling (phone, Teams, etc.)
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships (SMB)
  • Strong listening, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate a rapidly changing environment
  • Understanding of customer processes, stakeholder identification, needs analysis, and pipeline management
  • Fluent Norwegian and English (oral and written)

    • Selge våre fantastiske produkter
    • Drive nysalg, oppsalg og kryssalg til nye og eksisterende kunder
    • Identifisere oppsalg og kryssalgsmuligheter i eksisterende kundeportefølje
    • Sørge for at våre løsninger driver kundens agenda og forretning fremover
    • Følge opp og rapportere fremdrift mot månedlige mål
    • Skape nye og spennende salgsmuligheter
    • Hjelpe bedrifter med å skalere og hjelpe de med å håndtere kredittrisiko  

For å skinne i denne rollen tror vi at du har:

    • Solid erfaring innen salg, dokumentert med gode resultater
    • Erfaring med fjernsalg (telefon, Teams, etc.)
    • Fantastiske samarbeidsevner og evne til å påvirke
    • Evne til å bygge og vedlikeholde sterke relasjoner internt og med kunder inom Small Medium Businesses.
    • Utmerkede lytte-, presentasjons- og kommunikasjonsevner på alle forretningsnivåer
    • Evne til å håndtere flere prioriteringer effektivt i en hektisk hverdag
    • Evne til å navigere i et raskt skiftende miljø
    • God forståelse for kundeprosesser, identifisere stakeholders, behovsanalyse og pipeline managment.
    • Flytende Norsk og Engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig
