Job Description

The role involves cracking aspirational brand partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with brands across various categories. Responsibilities include structuring, negotiating, and executing partnership deals, planning monthly/quarterly monetization goals, and ensuring an excellent partner experience. The ideal candidate will act as CRED's liaison with partners, build relationships with new brands, and secure exclusive offerings for CRED members, especially during merchant incubation stages.
Must have:
  • Strong networking skills (cold calling, unique reach out strategies)
  • Strong communication, client relations, and written skills
  • 2-4+ years of relevant experience in ad sales or partnerships/sales/business development
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

what will you do?
  • crack aspirational brand partnerships, look for new opportunities, and brands which might not be a part of the existing plan
  • create a systematic, process-driven approach to identify and go deeper into existing partnerships
  • structure, negotiate, and execute partnership deals with brands and organizations across various categories
  • plan and own monthly/quarterly supply & monetization goals with existing partner relationships deliver an excellent partner experience (partner NPS) when working with our organization, - you will represent CRED and be our partners’ liaison internally
  • build relationships and manage partnerships with new brands to crack exclusive offerings for CRED members specifically when the merchant is in an incubation stage

you should apply if you:
  • have strong networking skills (cold calling, unique reach out strategies )have strong communication, client relations, and written skills
  • have 2 - 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in ad sales roles or partnerships/sales/business development (across industries)are an excellent negotiator; have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • are comfortable with data and research, to be able to map the potential of each brand, category, or industry
  • are goal-oriented & thrive in high ownership, fast-paced, and independent environment
  • hate taking no for an answer, but also know when it’s worth moving on
