1.1. Schedule Management: Efficiently and accurately arrange and manage the reporting manager's daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, including meetings, business trips, public events, etc., ensuring optimal time utilization and timely reminders for important appointments;
1.2. Travel Arrangements: Fully responsible for the reporting manager's domestic and international travel plans, including air tickets, hotels, ground transportation, visa applications, etc., and prepare detailed travel itineraries. Accompany if necessary;
1.3. Meeting and Event Support: Responsible for pre-meeting preparations (meeting room booking, material preparation, equipment debugging), meeting minutes (if required), and post-meeting follow-ups;
1.4. Document Handling: Draft, edit, and process various confidential documents such as business letters, reports, and presentations.
2. Private Affairs Management (approx. 40%):
2.1. Assist in Building Social Relationships: Collaborate with the reporting superior and partners to establish good relationships.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of relevant work experience;
2. Excellent Chinese and English oral and written communication skills;
3. Outstanding multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management abilities, capable of remaining calm and professional under pressure;
4. Strong initiative, foresight, and problem-solving skills, able to anticipate and act proactively;
