Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Sales with extensive experience in the advertiser vertical to lead our commercial efforts, driving growth and positioning of our products and services. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement commercial strategies for the sale of advertising products and market research services. * Manage, motivate, and develop a sales team, ensuring the achievement of business objectives. * Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with current and potential clients. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure the proper commercialization and promotion of innovative solutions. * Stay informed about market trends, competition, and changes in demand for advertising and research services. * Prepare and present sales performance reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts to executive management. * Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with large local and international clients. * Represent the company at industry events, fairs, and conferences.
Must have:
  • 10+ years in advertising/market research sales
  • Proven track record of success
  • Leadership experience, managing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of advertising ecosystem and market research
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Marketing, Business Administration, or related degree (desirable)
  • High level of English, both written and spoken

Buscamos un Head de Ventas con amplia experiencia en la vertical de anunciantes para liderar nuestros esfuerzos comerciales, impulsando el crecimiento y posicionamiento de nuestros productos y servicios.

RESPONSABILIDADES

    • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales para la venta de productos  publicitarios y servicios de estudios de mercado. 
    • Gestionar, motivar y desarrollar un equipo de ventas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los  objetivos de negocio. 
    • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes  actuales y potenciales. 
    • Colaborar con equipos de marketing y producto para asegurar la correcta  comercialización y promoción de soluciones innovadoras. 
    • Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado, competencia y cambios en la  demanda de servicios publicitarios y de investigación. 
    • Elaborar y presentar informes de rendimiento de ventas, análisis de mercado y  previsiones de ingresos a la dirección ejecutiva. 
    • Negociar contratos y acuerdos comerciales con grandes clientes locales e  internacionales 
    • Representar a la empresa en eventos, ferias y conferencias del sector.

Competencias

    • Mínimo de 10 años de experiencia en ventas de productos publicitarios y/o estudios  de mercado, con un historial comprobado de éxito. 
    • Experiencia previa en puestos de liderazgo, gestionando equipos de ventas y  dirigiendo estrategias comerciales. 
    • Conocimiento profundo del ecosistema publicitario y del sector de estudios de  mercado. 
    • Habilidades excepcionales de negociación, comunicación y presentación.
    • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en un entorno de ritmo acelerado. 
    • Titulación en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado  (deseable). -
    • Nivel alto de inglés, tanto oral como escrito
