Job Responsibilities :

A visionary and technically skilled AI Lead who leads the design, development, and governance of enterprise-grade AI solutions across multiple cloud platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and AWS, a strong foundation in AI/ML frameworks, and experience with data engineering and scalable architecture design.

As a core member of AI team, the ideal candidate will drive the technical strategy, establish best practices for AI governance and compliance, and collaborate closely with data engineers, integration teams, and business stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who can balance strategic vision with technical execution, and who is passionate about building robust, secure, and future-proof AI systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise AI solutions across multi-cloud environments, ensuring system scalability, security, performance, and seamless integration with existing platforms.
• Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, including compliance, ethics, transparency, explain ability, and model risk management.
• Advise business leadership on AI best practices, emerging technologies, and the impact of AI on business processes and tools.
• Lead hands-on development activities such as data exploration, model design, training, validation, and deployment to production.
• Own production operations include monitoring, incident response, change management, and execution of AI-related projects.
• Evaluate change requests, estimate effort and cost, and assess impacts on business controls, technology platforms, and workflows to ensure strategic alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement in AI processes and model performance, conduct comprehensive testing (Unit to Disaster Recovery), and uphold technical standards through code reviews and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, working with data engineers, integration teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions while mentoring team members and promoting knowledge sharing across the organization.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in both AI/ML architecture and hands-on machine learning development.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and familiarity with deep learning techniques and frameworks.
• Proven experience with MLOps practices and end-to-end model lifecycle management, including deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• In-depth knowledge of AI governance, including regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, the EU AI Act, and methodologies for bias detection and mitigation.
• Demonstrated ability to design robust and scalable AI system architectures across cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Proficient in Python and experienced with common ML and data science libraries; capable of deploying AI solutions and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, and Applied AI Services).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Microsoft development tools, such as Visual Studio / VS Code, C# / .NET, TypeScript / JavaScript, and SQL Server / T-SQL.
• Certifications in Azure or AWS AI/ML tracks are plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a globally distributed team.
• Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic enterprise environment.
